JWT Verification Secret Mismatch

Issue: Tokens signed in dev fail in production because the secret falls back to a default.

Fix Solution:Append a startup assertion that crashes the process when JWT_SECRET is unset or shorter than 32 characters.

No Way to Revoke Stolen Tokens

Issue: Signed JWTs remain valid until expiry even after logout.

Fix Solution:Keep a short-lived Redis blocklist of revoked jti values and check it inside the authenticate middleware.

Refresh Token Reuse Attack

Issue: Replaying an old refresh token silently succeeds.

Fix Solution:Rotate every refresh token and detect reuse, immediately revoking the whole token family.
